01 About the Platform

aiGodess is a supplementary AI-powered NEET preparation platform operated by AIGOD.DIGITAL, a registered Micro Enterprise under the MSME Act, Government of India.

The platform provides AI-adaptive practice questions, diagnostic profiling, mock tests, and previous year papers for the NEET examination. It is not affiliated with the National Testing Agency (NTA) or any government examination body.

02 Eligibility & Registration

• The platform is open to students of Grade 8 and above who are preparing for the NEET examination.
• Users under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to subscribe and use the platform.
• You must provide accurate information during registration. False information may result in account suspension.
• One subscription is valid for one student only. Sharing account credentials is not permitted.

03 Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access code and account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at principal@aigodess.com.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of sharing, misuse, or fraudulent activity.

04 Subscription & Payment

• Subscription fee: ₹500 per month, payable in advance via Razorpay.
• Validity: 30 days from the date the access code is activated.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Each month requires a fresh payment.
• All modules live at the time of your subscription are included. New modules added during your active period are also included at no extra charge.
• Refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy.

05 Permitted Use

You may use the aiGodess platform for the following purposes only:

• Personal, non-commercial NEET examination preparation.
• Accessing and attempting practice questions, mock tests, and PYQ papers.
• Viewing your performance reports, mastery scores, and diagnostic profiles.
• Accessing free demo content without a subscription.

06 Prohibited Activities

• Sharing your access code or account credentials with any other person.
• Attempting to copy, scrape, download, or reproduce any questions, explanations, or content from the platform.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access source code or database structures.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or tools to access the platform or extract content.
• Attempting to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to platform servers.
• Reproducing or distributing platform content on social media, YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp groups, or any other channel without written permission.
• Impersonating aiGodess or AIGOD.DIGITAL in any communication.

Violations may be reported to the relevant authorities under the Information Technology Act 2000, including Sections 43, 66, and 66C.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the aiGodess platform — including but not limited to questions, explanations, UI design, algorithms, reports, branding, and the AAA Engine architecture — is the exclusive intellectual property of AIGOD.DIGITAL.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal study purposes only.
• This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content.
• The name "aiGodess", "AIGOD.DIGITAL", and "AAA Engine" are proprietary names of the enterprise.

08 Disclaimer of Results

NEET examination results depend on a wide range of factors including individual effort, consistency, health, exam-day performance, and NTA cut-offs — all of which are beyond our control. The platform provides practice tools and adaptive guidance to support your preparation.

Rank predictions shown within the platform are estimates based on your practice performance and are for motivational guidance only. They are not binding predictions of actual NEET results.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, AIGOD.DIGITAL's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the subscription fee paid in the month in which the claim arose.

We are not liable for:

• Interruptions to service due to scheduled maintenance, server issues, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Data loss resulting from user actions or third-party breaches beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.

Platform uptime is maintained on a best-effort basis. Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect if you violate these Terms of Use, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to the platform or other users.

In cases of termination due to a breach, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

You may stop using the platform at any time. Account deletion requests can be submitted to principal@aigodess.com and will be processed within 30 days.

11 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act 1872, Information Technology Act 2000, and Consumer Protection Act 2019.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kottayam, Kerala, India.

We encourage resolution of disputes through our Grievance Officer before approaching courts.

12 IT Act Compliance Declarations

As an intermediary under the Information Technology Act 2000 and IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021, AIGOD.DIGITAL declares:

• We do not host user-generated content that violates Indian law.
• We have appointed a Grievance Officer as required under Rule 3(2) of the IT Rules 2021.
• We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 in our data handling practices.
• We maintain reasonable security practices as prescribed under the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules 2011.
• We do not knowingly host, transmit, or display any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful to minors.
